Hi, I’m Lauren

FOUNDER OF LAUREN LUA, STYLIST, COACH & CHEERLEADER

I trained as a stylist in 2015 as a way to find myself again. I didn’t realise at the time that decision would become the spark that reignited my purpose.

After years of working in the media and creative industries, I realised I didn’t just want to build a business; I wanted to create something that inspired, educated, and empowered women to remember who they are.

Clothes had always been my form of expression, my mirror, my muse, so it made perfect sense to make them my medium too.

I’ve always loved using style as a form of self-expression, but after years in fashion and beauty, I saw how easily it could become either a source of confidence or a cage. Every woman I’ve ever met has had moments of disconnection from her body, her confidence, or her clothes - stories I rarely, if ever, heard from men. So I made it my mission to change that.

My path here hasn’t been linear (thank God). It’s been bold, messy, and magical. A dance between chaos and calm, light and dark, power and vulnerability.

What began as traditional personal styling has evolved into something much deeper. I no longer just take clients shopping or define their “season.” I help women come home to themselves.

Because true style isn’t about what you wear, it’s how you see yourself, how you feel when you walk into a room, how your outer world reflects your inner growth.

Is it always easy? No. But that’s where I come in.

I’m not just a stylist; I’m a holistic guide for women ready to be seen in their full expression. Alongside styling hundreds of women, I bring a background in marketing, content creation, interior design, and advanced colour theory.

I’m also a certified self-love and trauma-informed coach, and a divorced mum of three who knows firsthand what it’s like when life doesn’t follow the script - and how powerful it is when you start rewriting it.

I believe every woman is a masterpiece in motion.
When her outer expression aligns with her inner essence, that’s where true magnetism begins.

✨ Once a journalist and marketer, I’ve worn many creative hats — from running a cake business to renovating properties.

☕ I run on good coffee, eclectic playlists, and heart-led purpose. My days start with strong caffeine and end with a kitchen disco most day

💫 A Sagittarius sun with a soul that craves expansion. I’m endlessly curious, always learning, and never quite done reinventing myself.

👩‍👧‍👦 Solo mum of three, navigating school runs, soul work, and style edits… often all before 9am!

🎨 I see beauty everywhere — in colour palettes, people’s stories, and those little everyday moments that most overlook.

🏡 Cambridgeshire is home for now, but my heart belongs to the sun, sea and big open skies (Florida-raised but North Norfolk is where my heart lies).
